Uhl畸形诊断与治疗研究进展

【摘要】Uhl畸形是一种罕见的先天性心脏病，Uhl畸形患儿预后较差，手术治疗为目前主要治疗方法。现回顾既往相关文献，总结Uhl畸形患儿临床表现、诊断方法及手术治疗的方法及疗效，探讨Uhl畸形患儿的最佳诊治方法。

Diagnosis and Treatment for Uhl’s Anomaly

【Abstract】Uhl’s anomaly is an extremely rare congenital heart disease. The prognosis for Uhl’s anomaly is poor，and surgery is showing as a promising treatment. This review summarized the clinical manifestation，diagnosis method and surgical techniques of previous cases and discussed the approach in diagnosing and surgical strategies for Uhl’s anomaly patients.
