Abstract:Inthemidleandlaterstagesofgas ellproduction,"soft plugging"issuethatcommonlyoccrs intheproductionstring hasbecomeakeychallengerestrictingproductivity.Thiskindofplugingismainlyformedbythedepositionofamixtureof condensateoil,oilsdgesand,andresidualfoamingagentsunderlowflowatecondtions.Todresstis problem,thecoeptof "soft plugging"isproposed,anditsfomationmechanismisevealed.Andten,theaidamicproductionbehavioradaards after pluggingareidentified,providing animportantbasisforrecognizingsuch gaswels.Basedonthelowdensityandhighsandcarryingcapacityofnitrogenfoamfluid,a"foamdensity-flowrate"cooperativecontrolmodelisestablished.Byoptimizingthe flushingparameters,abalaneisacevedbetweenthesnd-caingeficencyofnitrogenfoamandresevoirprotection.Fieldtests in 8 wells (6 shale gas wells and 2 tight sandstone gas wells) demonstrates a 100% success rate in removing plugging, the gas productionofsinglewellisincreasedby3.3times,andthevalidityexceeds90days.Research indicatesthatnitrogenfoamflushing technologycanprovideaneconomicalandeficientsolutionfor thestableproductionofgaswellsinthemiddleandlaterstages,with significant potential for broad application.
