Abstract:Theultra-deepwels in the Guangming Structureof the Hetao Basincommonlyface technical chalenges including complex pressuresystes,nrrowsfeuddensitywindows,poorwellsabilitylowockdrilbilityinlocalizdforatios,nd highwellcontrolss.seissesoftnleadtoomplexdowoleevetssuchasicks,ossscolsesndsuckpiuling inlowdrillngeiciencyandprolongedcycletimes.Onthisbasis,Abnormal-pressuremechaismswereclarified,ndte presure (pore-fracture-colapse)profile was built with amultifactorgeomechanical modelThis guidedtheoptimizationofcasing programs,eliminatigthehistoricupperlost-circulation,lowerinfuxprobleminthesmeopen-holesection.Usingrock-mechanicalproperty profiles,customized PDCbitsandhigh-torquescrewacelerationtoolswereselected,anddrilling parameters were optimizedtoraiseROP.Basedontheunderstandingofformationdipangleandtheanti-inclinationeffectoflarge-sizedwel pendulumdrillngtoolcombinatin,theantiinclinationandfastdrillngtechnologyofverticaldrillingtoolmatchingscrewis recommended.Basedonstabilityanalysisofhigh-pressrewater-bearing formationsandcontamination tests,theinnovative managed-pressure water-out safedrlling technique was introduced,sharplyreducingboth ud lossesandlossevents.Considering salt/gypsumdistributionsandcreeplaws,anoil-basedmudsystem waschosen,supportedbymanaged-pressredrlingand salt/gypsum-safetechniques,efectivelycontrolingstickingandtightspotriss.Tecombinedtechnologywasfield-testednthee wells.Average drillingcycle dropped from322 daysto195days,a 39.44% reduction,markedly accelerating efficient exploration and development.The effort also provides valuable experience for future ultra-deepdriling acceleration across the Hetao Basin.

光明构造位于河套盆地兴隆构造带洼槽区,靠近盐湖沉积中心,储层以膏岩、盐岩为主,夹薄层砂岩,埋深超过 6000m ,温度超过 170∘C ,地层压力最高约 170MPa ,属超深、高温、高压油气井。(剩余17064字)
