Abstract:Duringthe process ofdevelopingcarbonatereservoirs innaturereservesusing "fromtheoutertotheiner"extendedreach clusterhorzontalwels,suchhallegesaslitedwelliteapronefmationleakagendllediclt tetootrol, andlargefrictionandtorquearegenrallyfaced,esultinginloweficiencyandlongcycleidirectionaldrlingoperatios.T addressteseissues,onthebasisofmbiedwel-seismictchologyandfour-presureprofileanalysis,raight-leclusterwels andafour-stage welborestructurewithhigh-levelsidetracking weredesignedtoefectivelyavoidorisolatecomplex fomatios.To solvethe leakageandcolapse,atailoreddeformationorrigidparticlesaling fomulacompatible withoil-baseddrillngfluidwas selected,whichicreasedteindoorbaringcapacitytenfold.Aimingattedificultyintrajectorycontrol,seven-segmetprofile design and rotary steering speed-up process were adopted, achieving a 100% target accuracy within a radius no more than 3O meters. Toimprovetheuttngcaryingecytheow-viscosityndigh-yiel-pointperfomanceofdrillngfuidwasoized,nd "large andsmallwelborerule"wasutilizedtoquantitativelyadjust therotaryspeedandsix-speedreadings,reducingthefrictional torque by 48% .Ultimately,anoptimalandfastdrillingtechnologysystemcenteredonimprovingdirectionaldrillingeffciencyand reducingfrictionandresistancewasformed.Thistechnologywasapliedin12wels,shorteningtheaveragedrillngcycleby26 days.The actual driling data show that the horizontal displacement of Δ0149.2mm borehoe achieved 3,473.5m ,and the depth reached 9,432.6m ,which present the leading onshore horizontal well at home.
