Abstract:Duetoinvestmentrestrictionsitheearlystagesofolfelddevelopment,someblocksinBohai Oifieldaredeveloped using platforms without workoverrigs.With the platforms without workoverrigs,there existproblemssuchas dificulty in ispecting pumps after lying in the welland high maintenancecosts. After conducting researchonthe pump inspection processof existing nonworkoverrigplatfoms,ahighloadcableretractiondevicewas designed toreplacethepowersourceof te workoverrigbasedonthe platformdesignloadandspacelimitations.Combined withthelatestrodlessfishing technology,anovelpumpinspectiontechology suitablefornon-workoverigplatfors,amelyighload-bearingpowercablefsngelectricpumptechnologywasdevelopedThis articleintroduces thepipecolumncomposition,technical principles,andapplicationscopeofthehighload-bearing powercable fishingelectricpumptechnology.Keyequipmentsuchascableretractiondevice,flowheadfshngsecuringbridle,anduderground connection workingcyliderhavebeendeveloped.InOctober2023,thefirst highload-bearingpowercablefishingelectricpump was successfullyimplemented inWellF1HinBohai Oilfeld.AsofNovember2024,thiswellhadbeenruningsteadilyforover400 days.Practicehasshownthatthehighload-bearing powercablefishing electric pumpcanbeaplied to non-workoverrig platforms, and maximize theutilizationrateofoilwellsonnon-workoverrig platformsas wellasquicklyrestore oilfield productioncapacity which demonstrate the bright future of this novel technology.
