Abstract:Toaddressthechalengesofrapidproductiondeclineandlowrecoveryinhorzontalwelsaftervolumetricfracturingin NiudongvolcanicunconventionalreservoirsofTuha Oilfield,thisstudyinnovativelyproposesamulti-stagediversionre-fracturing technology integrating "subdivided perforation + pre-fracturing energy replenishment + enlarged stimulated reservoir volume", along with precisestagedre-fracturing techniques.Systematicresearchonenergystoragemechanismsandreservoirfacabilityevaluation hasoptimizedkeyparametersincluding energy-caryingmedia,injection volume,diversionstages,anddiverterparticlesize distribution.Amprehsietchicalstmatabldcoporatigelltealeletioncieiabiddtio pre-fracturingnergyijetion,full-wellulti-stagedversio,andpreisestaged-facturing.Fieldtestsdug24o15 wells in Niudong Block achieved 100% operational success with 86.7% effectiveness, delivering average incremental production of 4.7t/d per well(cumulative832t)andanatractiveinput-outputratioof1.18.Thissuccessful practice providesareplicable techical templateandvaluable feldexperienceforehancing productionandrecovery inunderperforminghorzontalwelsofTuhaOilfield's unconventional reservoirs.
