Force Analysis and Structural Optimization of Airtightness Testing Fixture for Battery Box

Abstract:To address the issue of inaccurate test resultscaused byunstable clamping andleakage in the airtightness testing tooling forelectricvehiclebatterybox,aforceanalysisisconductedonthefixture,andaselflockingverificationoftheclampingmechanismisperformed.Thisproves thatsuffcientandstableclamping is the necessry and suffcientcondition for the fixture toachievesealing and thereby conduct accurate testing.Based on this finding,this paper proposes anoptimized fixturedesign.Theverificationresules shows thatthe designcan significantly improve the fixture's sealing performance and accuracy of airtightness testing.
