车内零部件甲醛散发性研究

摘要:为了找到高温下车内零部件甲醛散发源,通过模拟汽车零部件在高温条件下的甲醛散发试验,利用分光光度计法对车内常用的13种材料进行试验测试,分析出不同材质在相同条件下的甲醛释放量,结合不同材料在车内的使用情况,确认车内甲醛散发的主要来源,为汽车零部件企业提供改善方向。

Research on the Formaldehyde Emission of Automotive Interior Parts

Abstract: In order to find the source of formaldehyde emission from automobile parts at high temperature, the research team, by simulating the formaldehyde emission test of the automobile parts under high temperature conditions, used the spectrophotometric method to test 13 kinds of materials commonly used in the car, analyzed the formaldehyde emission amount of different materials under the same conditions, and combined the use of different materials in the car to confirm the main source of formaldehyde emission in the car, so as to provide direction of improvement for auto parts manufacturers.
