应急通信节点构建初探

摘要：应急通信节点是前沿指挥阵地为处置突发事件、组织抢险救灾等而构建的通信节点。我国幅员辽阔，通信基础设施发展不均衡，组建机动灵活、手段丰富、运行稳定的通信节点对前沿指挥阵地意义重大。根据个人工作经验，为应急通信节点开设提出一些建议。

Abstract： Emergency communication node is a communication node built by the front command position to deal with emergencies and organize rescue and disaster relief. China has a vast territory and uneven development of communication infrastructure，The establishment of mobile， flexible， means rich and stable communication nodes is of great significance to the forward command position. According to personal work experience， put forward some suggestions for setting up emergency communication nodes.
