新集中化模式下的IT运维发展思路探讨

摘要：研究内容为新集中化运维模式下，提供一种适应新技术发展潮流的IT运维发展思路，解决传统集中化IT运维面临的困境。本项研究借鉴了云原生产品体系架构和DevOps开发运维一体化的思路，实现基础设施管理和开发运维过程数字标准化，业务服务智能化，推动企业转型升级。

Discussion on the Development of IT Operation and Maintenance under the New Centralized Mode

Abstract：  The research content of this paper is to provide an Information Technology （IT for short） operation and maintenance development idea to adapt to the development trend of new technology under the new centralized operation and maintenance mode， and solve the difficulties faced by the traditional centralized IT operation and maintenance. This research draws lessons from the cloud native product architecture and the idea of Devops development， operation and maintenance integration， so as to realize the digital standardization of infrastructure management， development， operation and maintenance process and the intelligence of business services， To promote enterprise transformation and upgrading.

0   引言

运维集中化已经不是一个新鲜的词，从ITIL引入中国开始，传统离散的各自为战的运维模式就受到了很大的冲击，运维逐渐由小团队合作，向集中化的融合式团队发展，运维实现了简单的标准化和统一管理，运维关注点不再是一个简单的主机故障或者存储故障，而是逐渐转移到业务运营上来，如何让系统变得更加稳定，更加健壮，成为了后时代运维的目标。（剩余3728字）
