Application of automated production line in the processing of horizontal rolled wooden pallets

Abstract:Traditional production ofrolled wooden paletsrelies solelyon manual labor，which results in high labor intensity，low production eficiency，and safety hazards for workers.Automated production lines can improvethis situation.Theapplication of automatic wire locking machines onproduction lines enables automatic wire locking，the use of robotic hands to handle materials，and thecombination of automatic lifting mechanisms and robotic arms to completeautomatic paletizing operations.Finally，forklifts transport finished productsaway from the site，greatly improving production efciency and changing this backward situation.
