公共图书馆面向城市育儿“老漂族”服务的必要性和路径探析

AbstractThenumberof elderly migrantscontinues torise，withan increasing proportionof "old migrants"involved inchildeare.This study investigates this groupand identifiesseveral challenges theyface，including lowutilizationof public culturalservicefacilities，prominent intergenerationalconflicts，prolonged interetaddiction，andtheprevalenceof depresion linkedto intergenerationalchildcare.Inresponse，public libraries，guidedbytheprinciplesofequalacess to public culturalservices，theneed forhome-schol-communitycolaboration ineducation，andthespecificreadingneedsof theelderlycaregivers，should assume socialresponsibility.The paper suggests that public libraries canserve this group by focusing on four key areas： engagement， research， service provision， and empowerment.
