【Abstract】BackgroundIn China，the work ofcontracted familydoctor servicesanditssupporting policies have been emphasized.However，researchfindingsontheevolutionandtrendsofthethemeofcontractedfamilydoctorservicesareelatively scarce，which isnotconducive tounderstanding itsoveralldevelopment trend.ObjectiveToreviewandanalyzetheevolution pathcontractedfamilydoctorservicespolicyatthecentrallevelinChina，revealthekeysuesandhotareasinpolicyforuationand implementation，andprovidereferencesforthesubsequentpolicyoptimization.MethodsThisstudyemployedthedynamictopic model（DTM）toextractandanalyzed40central-levelcontractedfamilydoctorservicespolicydocumentsfromDecember008to May2023andcalculates theirtopicpopularity，similarityandtopicevolutionpath.ResultsTheDTMidentified21policytopics andtheirdistributionacrossddiferentstages.Thestudyrevealedthatthepolicieshaddistinctphasedcharacterstics，withthe focusshiftingfromimprovingprimarycarequalitytotiereddiagnosisandtreatment，andoptimizingserviceoutcomes.However， implementation，guidance，and standard-related policies wererelativelylacking.ConclusionPolicy makers shoulddepen thecollborativegovernanceofcontractedfmilydoctorservicespolicy，strengthentestagecontinuityofontractedfamilydoctor servicespolicy，andenhance the nationalstandards，norms，andoverallguidanceforcontractedfamilydoctorservices.
