【Abstract】With thedeepening ofaging societyin China，theneedsof healthserviceof theelderlyarebecoming more complex.Thisstudydiscusedtheconnotationandpathofhigh-qualitydevelopmentofcontractedfamilydoctorservicesnageing society.Thecoreconnotationsofhigh-qualitydevelopmentofcontractedfamilydoctorservicesaretoimprovehealthequityand aesibility，andtostablishofperfecthealthservicesystemfortheelderlytoadapthechangingofhealthneds，specificto anageingsocietyproactively.Currntly，eitherthecapacityofserviceprovidersorthelayoutandstructureofhealthserviceis imperfect，andtheequitableaccessbilityofhealthyageingservicesneedtobeimproved，whicharethemainproblems that restrictteintegratedhigh-qualitydevelopmentofcontractedfamilydoctorservices.Thisresearchpresents thatcontractedamily doctorserviceswillbecharacterizedbydoor-to-doorservice，comprehensiveandpreciseserviceneeds.Anditalsobrings highloadtotheserviceproviders.Thispaperexploresthepracticeofcontractedfamilydoctorservicesfortheelderlyinvarious local governments，and proposedthattoachievethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoffamilydoctors，weshould focusonsupplysidestructuralreform，andpromote theboth“quality”and“quantity”ofcontractedfamilydoctorservices.Inthisregard， itis necessarytoimprovethetop-level designandpolicysupportingsystemthrough government，to innovativeservice model by expand the diversity of service providers and digital intelligence technology.

家庭医生签约服务是基层医疗卫生服务的重要服务方式，作为守护居民健康的第一道防线，老年群体是家庭医生签约服务覆盖的重点人群[1]。（剩余9927字）
