【Abstract】Edema is acommonclinical problemwith complexetiologyandalack of systematic clinical research data，fectingpatients’physicalandmentalhealthandimposinganconomicburdenonsociety.Thisconsensus waswitenby multidisciplinaryexpertsincludinggeneralpractice，nephrology，andcardiology.Byreviewingand integratingthecuttingedgedomesticandinternationalevidence-basedmedicalresearchresultsinthefieldofedemainrecentyears，itelaboratesin detailonthedefinition，clasification，epidemiology，etiologyandpathogenesis，comprehensivelysummarizesthediagnostic methodsofedema，includingdetailedconsultation，systematicphysicalexamination，andauxiliaryexamination，andspecifically expoundstheindividualized treatment principlesand measures foredema.Theconsensus also emphasizes thecomprehensive communitymanagementof edema，includingscreening，follow-up，comprehensive intervention measures，health education， multidisciplinaryagosisandtreatmentsupport，eracicalefeal.Attesmeti，itpropoesthuturedirectsforte diagnosisand managementofedemafromtheperspectivesofclinical practice，educationandtraining，andscientificresearch inovation，aiming toprovideasistanceandguidanceforthestandardized implementationofedemadiagnosis，treatmentand full-process management.
