【Abstract】Asanimportanttool topromote hierarchicaldiagnosisandtreatment，contractedfamilydoctorservices has experiencedfrompilottofullimplementation，andisthecoreworkofthecurentprimaryhealthcareservicesystem.According tothepolicydevelopmentandsocialdemand，thispaperfocusesonthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofcontractedfamilydoctor services，interpretsthepolicyvalueofhigh-qualitycontractedfamilydoctorservicesinpromotinghierarchicaldiagnosisand treatment，promoting medicalandpreventiveintegrationaswellaspromoting theprofessionalisationof primaryhealthcare services，and elaborates therole pathof high-qualitycontractedfamilydoctorservices inservice mode，service content， service modelandserviceguarantee.Finall，itpointsoutthattherearethre majorchallengesinthedevelopmentofhigquality contractedfamilydoctorservices，namely，thelackof tmelypoicysupport，theshortageof talentsatthegrassrotslvel，and thelack of a strong sense of accessibility for the residents.
