【Abstract】Cognitive impairment is often manifestedasaseries of brain functiondeficits such as learning,memory, intelectual,emotional,andexecutive deficits.Itoftenoccurs inneurological disorders,aging,andthepostoperative period.Currently,thepathogenesisofthedisease isunclear,andthe blood-brainbarier,oxidative stress,autophagy, inflammation,mitochondria,andneurotransmiters haveallbeenimplicated incognitivedysfunction.Recent studies found thatcopperhomeostasisasociated withcopper metabolismandcopperdeathhadaregulatoryroleincognitivefunction,which maybeakey mechanisminthedevelopmentofcognitiveimpairment.Inthispaper,wesystematicallintroducedtheroleof copperhomeostasisregulatorymechanisms incognitiveimpairmentfromtheperspectivesofmitochondria,glialcels,oxidative reactions,inflammatory factors,neurotransmiters,etc.(Whencopperhomeostasis wasimbalanced,copperionlevels were disturbed,electrolytemetabolismwasbnormal,andasriesofreactions,suchasoxidativestress,inflammatoryaggregation, mitochondrial disorders,and glialcelldamage,ocur,and even induce neuronalcopperdeath)andsummarised theroleof copperhomeostasis incognitiveimpairment.Theroleofcopperhomeostasisincognitivedisorderswassummarised,toprovide newinsightsintothepathogenesisofcognitivedisorders,aswellasbringingnewsolutionstothetreatmentofthedisease.

我国人口老龄化趋势明显上升,预计到2040年,60 岁及以上人口的比例将达到 28%,估计为4.02亿[1]进一步调查显示,痴呆发病率也呈现上升的趋势,全球有近5000万人患有痴呆症,预计到2050年这一数字将增加到1.52亿[2]。(剩余26397字)
