【Abstract】BackgroundIntensive county medical community plays an important role in improving the ability of primarymedical service.Asitsservicebody，familydoctorteam provides qualitysoilfor integratedservicedevelopment. However，previous studieslack explorationandsummaryofrelevant service models.ObjectiveTo summarizethe integrated servicemodelofamilydoctorteamin thecompactcountymedicalcommunityMethodsFromJuly2O23toNovember2023，62 familydoctorteammembers inDanchengCity，AnyangCityandGongyiCityofHenanProvince wereinterviewedaboutintegrated service practicebyusingsemi-structured interviewandkeyeventtechnology.ResultsFourthemesof integratedservices are analyzedandfurtherrefined，theyweresubject，content，process，andobstaclesofintegratedservices.Drawing on the physiologicalstructureof"squid"，thispaperproposed"squidmodel"todescribetheintegratedservicemodeofthecountyfamilydoctorteam，emphasizingthecorecommandroleofthecountymedicalcommunity，thecoordinating roleof thefamilydoctor managementoffce，andtheservice antenna functionofthecountyandvillage third-levelfmilydoctorteamandvillagedoctor. Conclusion"Squid model"providesanintuitiveframework forunderstandingandoptimizingthisservicemodel.Theintegrated servicemodelofcountyfamilydoctor teamshowsthecharacteristicsof diversifiedsubjectparticipationandall-roundservice content integration，but it still faces certain obstacles.
