【Abstract】The developmentof the clinical diagnosis and treatmenttechnologycombined with general practice and specialistinthecommunityisanimportantmeasuretoimprovethecomprehensiveservicelevelofcommunityhealthcenters （CHCs），promote the more reasonable medical order，and implement hierarchical medical system.In thisarticle，wefind thatmostofCHCsinthecityhavecarriedouttheclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmenttechnologycombinedwithgeneralpractice andspecialty，byanalyzethedocumentsrelatedtothedevelopmentofcommunityhealthinShanghaiandpublishedliterature， andcombinethesurveyresultsof thesetechnologiescarriedoutby Shanghaicommunityhealthcenters.Ithas becomean importantstrategy forCHCstoimprovetheirclinicalcapacity，thedevelopmentof thesetechnologies，byfocusingoncommon andfrequentlyoccuringdiseasesinthecommunity，andcombining itsownmedicaladvantages，toselectappropratedisease types.However，duringthedevelopmentoftheclinicaldiagnosisndtreatmenttechnologycombinedwithgeneralpracticeand specialist，therearesomedificulties，suchasthelackofrelevanttalents inthecommunityandawarenessofsomeexpertsoncommunityspecializedservices，thedifcultyofin-serviceducationof generalpractitioners，besides，specializeddrugine communityandbrandpublicityoncommunitycharacteristictechnologiesarealsoindispensible.Thedevelopmentoftheclinical diagnosisandtreatment tchnologycombined with generalpracticeandspecialistinthecommunityneeds thepolicysupportofthe healthadministrativedepartment.Wesuggestthat CHCsshouldcaryoutthetrainingofthecombinationof general practiceand specialistincombinationwiththeprofesionaldevelopmentofgeneralpractitioners，increasethedrugsforspecialtyandspecial disease diagnosis and treatment，propagate thecommunitycharacteristic technology inmultiple ways，and explore the general practiceand specialist combined diagnosisand treatment mode innovatively.
