近五年全科医学研究热点及发展趋势分析:基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

【Abstract】BackgroundGeneral practice played a crucial role in primary health care and its development had becomeakeymeasureto meet the growing health needsofthe population.Understanding theresearch hotspotsanddevelopment trendsin general practicecanbeter guide itsresearch.ObjectiveToanalyzetheresearch hotspotsanddevelopmenttrends n general practiceover thelast fiveyears,providing references forthedevelopmentof general practiceasadiscipline.Methods TheWebofSciencecorecollectiondatabasewasusedasthedatasourcetosearchforrelevantliteratureinthefieldof general practice from January 2019 to November2O23,andco-occurrenceanalysisof authors,countriesand institutions,co-cited literature cluster analysis,keyword cluster analysis and emergence analysis were performed using CiteSpace software.Results A totalof958Orelevantdocuments were retrieved.Researchon general practicewas mainlyconcentrated inthe United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.The Universityof Melbourne had the most publications,and PARKER MAGIN was the author with the mostpublications.Current hotspots ingeneral practiceresearch included postgraduate education,hospicecare, profesionalburnoutamong familyphysicians,telemedicine,qualitativeresearch,withemphasisondemographics likefemales andtheelderly,psychological well-being,and chronic disease management.The trends inthis field were medical education andtraining,populationhealth,and telemedicine.ConclusionOverthepastfive years,research hotspots in general practice have primarilyfocusedonchonicdiseasemanagementandtreatment,postgraduateeducationingeneralpractice,hospicecare,oupational burnoutamong familyphysicians,keypopulations,andmentalhealth.Furtermore,emerging trendsindicate thattelemedicine, population health,and generalpracticeeducationandtraining willikelydominatefuture researchdirections inthis field.
