CompetencyofMiddleManagementinState-Owned Enterprises: Based on Social Cognitive Theory

Abstract:The high-qualitydevelopmentof state-owned enterprises requires continuous enhancementof the competence of middle management.However,thereiscurrentlyalackofresearchonthecompetencyof middle management instateowned enterprises,which does not match the urgent need of these enterprises to enhance the competencyof their middle management.The article,basedonthesocialcognitivetheory,constructsamultidimensional influence modelintegrating organizational environmentand individual cognitivefactors,systematically explores theimpactmechanismofperceived superior trust,team member support,and market businesscomplexityon self-eficacy and competency.According to the research findings,theaforementionedfactorscansignificantlyenhance theself-effcacyand competencyof midle management,withself-effcacy playinga partial mediating role.This provides atheoretical basis and practical guidance foroptimizing thetraining strategies for middle-levelpersonneland enhancing overallmanagement eficiencyinstateowned enterprises.
