【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of triamcinoloneacetonide and ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide (CO2) dot matrix laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scars,and its effects on the levelsof transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods Usingarandom number table,92 patientswith hypertrophic scars admited toour hospital from May2022 to May 2024 were divided into two groups,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with an ultrapulsed CO 2 dot matrix laser,while the observation group was treated with triamcinoloneacetonide on the basis of the control group. Compare the clinical eficacy,TGF-β1,VEGF levels,scar morphology,scar symptoms,and adverse reactionsbetween the two groups of patients.ResultsCompared with the control group,theobservation group had a higher overall effective rate of treatment ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF after treatment (P0.05).ConclusionThe combination of triamcinolone acetonide and superpulse CO dot matrix laser hasa definite therapeutic effect on hypertrophic scars.It can effectively reduce the levels of TGF- β1 and VEGF, alleviate scar symptoms and improve scar morphologyinpatients.Itis safeand reliable,and has broad aplication prospects.
