【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenning combined with losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy stage I|～V patients.MethodsA total of 6O patients with stage I|～V of diabetic nephropathy admited from May 2O2O to May 2O21 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 6O patients with diabetic nephropathy stages II～N were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group，with 3O cases in each group.Thecontrol group was given basic Western medicine treatment. On thisbasis，the treatment group was added to Yishenning to compare the improvements of 24-hour urine protein quantification，blood sugar，serum creatinine （Scr），urea nitrogen （BUN），serumcystatin C（Cys-C），andβ2 microglobulin（β2-MG）inthe twogroups.ResultsBefore the intervention，there wasno significant diference in SCr，BUN，Cys-C，β2-MG，blood sugar，and 24h urine protein in the two groups （ P >0.05）.After treatment，the SCr，BUN，Cys-C，β2-MG，bloodsugar，and24hurine protein inthe twogroupsdecreased，andtheSCr，BUN，Cys -C，β2-MG，blood sugar，and thereduction in 24-hour urinary protein levels wassignificantlymorepronounced in the treatment group compared to the control group，with statistically significant diferences（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Yishenning combined with losartan potassium tablets for the treatment of SCr，BUN，Cys-C，β2-MG，and 24-h urine protein in patients with stage I|～N of diabetic nephropathy is more effective than that of the treatment of losartan potassium tablets，and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
