【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze the application efect of ear holographic scraping (EHS) combined with auricularacupoint presure inpatients with insomnia of liver-fire disturbing heart type.MethodsClinical data of 102 patients with insomnia of liver-fire disturbing hearttype were retrospectively selected from March 2O24 to October 2024,and grouped according to the different treatment modalities,with the reference group ( n =50 cases) treated with eszopiclone tablets, and the traditional Chinese medicine group( n=52 cases） treated with EHS combined with auricular acupoints pressure based on the intervention of the reference group. Pittsburgh sleepquality index (PSQI), insomnia severity index (ISI),sleep latency (SL),awakening times (AT),awakening time (AWT),fast wave ASTlatency (RL),sleep efciency (SE),slow wave sleep (NREM),fast wave sleep (REM) status in the two group were analyzed. ResultsThere was no statistical significancein the comparison of PSQI andISI scores of the2 groups before treatment P>0.05) ，and PSQI and ISI scores of the TCM group were lower than those of the reference group after treatment( P 0.05) ,and after treatment, SL,AT,AWT,and RL were lower than those of the reference group in the TCM group,and SE was higher than those of the reference group (P0.05) ，and NREM-S1 and NREM-S2were lower inthe TCM group than those in the reference group after treatment,andREM was higher than that in the reference group (P
