【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the value of vaginal flora in cervical human papilomavirus(HPV) infectionand itscorrelation with immunefunction and oxidative stress,and toprovide areference forearly clinical evaluationand treatment.MethodsAtotal of158 HPV-infected patientsinourhospital from July2021 to July 2O23 were selected as the study group,and 10O HPV-negative healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Thevaginal microflora,immune function (CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+/CD8+)and oxidative stress state indexes,including total oxidation status (TOS),total antioxidant status (TAS),oxidative stress index (OSI)of patients with diferent cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grades were compared betweenthetwo groupsand the studygroup.The correlation between vaginal.flora,immune functionand oxidative stress in patients with cervical HPV infection was analyzed.ResultsCompared with the control group,the detection rates of ureaplasma urealyticum,mycoplasma hominis,chlamydia and bacteria in the study group were higher ( P GradeI 1(P ,and CD8 +′ Twas compared:Grade 1 Grade Grade 1 ∥Π(P+T ,TOSand OSI,and negatively correlated with CD4+T , CD4+/CD8+ and TAS (P .Conclusion Vaginal flora is significantly correlated with HPV infection,immune functionandoxidative stressof patients,which can provideareference for clinical evaluation of cervical lesions and to make targeted treatment and improve prognosis.
