【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the stress and fatigue of BRILLIANT Crios in post crown integrated restoration of maxilary central incisorsusing thre-dimensional finiteelement method,and compare them with conventional postcorecrown restoration methods.MethodsThree-dimensional data ofmaxillarycentral incisors were obtained through a digital scanner.Geomagic 14.O was used for model construction and refinement,Solidworks 16.0 was used for geometric modeling of post core crowns,and ABAQUS 2O16 was used to set diferent material properties for grid partitioning and mechanical loading.The Von Mises stress, maximum principal stress,and maximum deformation of dental tissues and postcore crowns of four diferent postcore crown restorationschemes (puretitanium post core+allceramiccrown(group A),integrated fiber post core+all ceramic crown(group B),zirconia postcore+all ceramic crown(group C),BRILLIANT Crios post crown integrated(group D) were calculated and analyzed.Results The Von Mises stress inthe dental tissue of the resin ceramic composite post crown integrated restoration(Group D) was mainlydistributed inthe midleandupperone-thirdofthetoth root,as wellas intheshoulderandcollarof the dentin.The VonMises stress distribution in the post crown was relatively uniform without excesive stress concentration areas.The maximum principal stress of dental tissue was mainly located at the junction of the upper third of the lingual sideof the toth root,and the maximum principal stress of the post crown was uniformly distributed throughout the root canal.The overall deformationof the D group restoration wasuniform,with the maximum deformationarea located on the shoulder,collr,and lip sideof the dentin.ConclusionBRILLIANT Crios post crown integrated restorationcan significantly reduce stress concentration in dental tissue and postcore crown, and improve the stability and durability of the restoration.
