【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze the efect of sacubactril valsartan combined with atorvastatin on blood pressurevariabilityin patients with essential hypertension.MethodsPatients withhypertension who received treatment inour hospital from June2O21 to June 2O24 were selectedas the study objects.Randomized number method was used to divide the patients into 2 groups.Forty patients in the conventional group were treated with sacubactril valsartan，and 4O patients in the combined group were treated with sacubactril valsartancombined with atorvastatin.The therapeuticefects of the two groups were analyzed.ResultsAfter 3 months of treatment, the blood pressure variability of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group( P （204号 0.05).ConclusionPatients with hypertension were treatedwith sacubactril valsartancombined with atorvastatin caneffectively reduce thevariabilityof bloodpressure，improve thevascular elastic functionof patients，and reduce the risk of cardiovascularand cerebrovascular diseases.Compared with single medication，there is no significant changein adverse drug reactions，andclinical drug safetyis high and the application value is significant.
