【Abstract】ObjectiveThe optimal scheme was screened by comparing the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture at Xuanzhong Point with different frequencies,acupuncture depths,andneedleretention timeon foot dropafter cerebral infarction.MethodsEightypatients withfoot dropafter cerebral infarction were selected as theresearch objects,and wererandomly divided into8groupsaccording tothe orthogonal experimental designof 3 factors and2 levels,with1O cases ineach group.Thepatients in the8groups were treated with electroacupuncture at Xuanzhong Point with different frequencies,acupuncture depth,and needle retention time,once aday for2 weeks. Atthe end of treatment,the therapeutic efect was evaluated,and the optimal scheme of electroacupunctureatthe Xuanzhong Point for foot drop after cerebral infarction was summarized.ResultsThe frequency of stimulation was the mainfactor affecting the therapeutic effect of electroacupunctureat the Xuanzhong acupointonpatients with foot dropaftercerebral infarction,follwed bythedepth ofacupunctureand thedurationofneedleretention.Theoptimal planof electroacupuncture at Xuanzhong acupoint fortreating patients with footdrop after cerebral infarctionwas acupuncture at 1.5 cun + frequency of 100Hz ,andneedle retention for 20min or 40min .ConclusionThe primary andsecondaryrelationshipof stimulation frequency,acupuncture depth,and needle retention timeaffecting thetherapeuticefect of electroacupuncture at Xuanzhong Pointinpatients with foot drop aftercerebral infarction is stimulation frequency > acupuncture depth > needle retention time,among which 1.5 cun + frequency 100Hz+ needle retention 20min or 40 min is the optimal scheme.
