【Abstract】ObjectiveThe effcacy and safety diffrences of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium forinjectionbeforeandafter colection in the treatment of pulmonary infections wascomparedandaretrospective analysiswas conducted using the propensity score matching （PSM）.MethodsAdult patients diagnosed with "pulmonary infection"inour hospital fromAugust 2023 to August 2024 wereselected by PASSsystem.Medical record iformation wasextractedaccording totheinclusionand exclusioncriteria，and137caseswere finally obtained using cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium （2：1） （1.5g） for injection before centralized collection; 142 cases were treatedwith injectionof cefoperazone sodiumand sulbactam sodium（1：1）（1.O g） after centralized collction.The former servedas thecontrol group，while the later servedas the experimental group.The efcacy of cefoperazonesodiumandsulbactam sodium for injection was used as thedependent variable，and PSM was usedtobaance confounding factors suchas gender，age，comorbidities，and concomitant medications between the two groups.The diferences ineffcacy and adverse reactions of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection between the two groups were examined.ResultsAfter matching factors such aspatient gender，age，and comorbidities，theeffctiverate of injectionof cefoperazonesodiumand sulbactam sodium before centralized collection was 93.6% ，and the effective rate after centralized collection was 92.3% .There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups （ Z= -1.02， P=0.667 ），The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups during long-term use was 5.4% and 7.7% ，respectively，with no significant difference between the groups （ P （20 >0.05）.ConclusionTheeficacyand safety of cefoperazone sodium'and sulbactam sodium for injection after centralizedcollectioninthe treatment of pulmonary infectionsarecomparable to those before centralized collction.
