【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the multiple-target and multipath anti-inflammatory mechanism of Andrographolide (AP)basedon network pharmacology.MethodsRetrieve the potential target proteins of AP with theaid ofthe DRAR-CPI server and GeneCards database,establish the corresponding target network of key active componentswas drawn by using Cytoscape.Verify the activityof the screenedcore targets through molecular docking,and the GOand KEGG enrichment analysisof potential targetswascarriedout byusingWebGestalt. ResultsTheanalysis foundthat92 targetsare involvedintheanti-inflammationofAP,of whichPGR,AKT1, NR3C1,HMOX1 and MAPK1 showed strong bindingactivity,and the signalling pathways enrichment analysis showed thatandrographolideanti-inflammatoryefectmainlyinvolved33Osignallingpathways,suchasPlatinum drugresistance,Prostatecancer,Apoptosis,Progesterone-mediated ocytematuration,Thyroid hormone signalling pathway and soon.ConclusionThis study shows that AP hasa multi-targetand multi-channel anti-inflammatory effct,which provides ideas and clues for its further clinical application and in-depth research and development.

穿心莲内酯(Andrographolide,AP)为爵床科植物穿心莲Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees的主要二萜内酯类活性成分之一,目前在临床上广泛应用的品种有穿心莲内酯片、穿心莲内酯滴丸、穿心莲内酯胶囊和莲必治注射液等,具有显著的清热解毒,抗菌消炎的功效。(剩余8623字)
