泉州市企业标准存在问题分析与对策

摘要：文中对泉州市市场监督管理局在2019年至2023年间“双随机、一公开”监督抽查中抽取的企业标准进行了重点分析，研讨标准技术审查中发现的一些问题，并提出相应的建议及措施，以便促进企业产品和服务质量提升，满足市场需求，促进经济发展。

Analysis of Problems in Quanzhou Enterprise Standards and Countermeasures

Abstract： This article focuses on analyzing some issues found in the standard technical review of the enterprise standards drawn in the "double random， one open" supervision and inspection conducted by the Quanzhou Administration for Market Regulation from 2019 to 2023. It proposes corresponding suggestions and measures to promote the improvement of the quality of enterprise products and services， standardize market order， and meet market demands.

自2015年起，福建省开始实施企业产品标准自我声明公开制度，企业标准自我声明公开制度代替企业标准备案管理制度是社会经济发展和市场化改革不断深入的必然举措，是国家标准化工作改革的一项重要举措，是促进企业参与标准化工作、保障产品质量、提高生产效率、激发企业高质量发展的内生动力。（剩余5135字）
