基于因子权重法的地方标准社会效益评估方法研究

摘要：标准实施效果评估是标准化工作的重要组成部分。文中以福建省地方标准《锅炉用固体废弃物燃料性能评价规则》为研究对象，从评估准备、评估实施、数据资料收集、评估结果测算及应用等方面，采用分级评价法与因子权重法相结合，对其社会效益评估方法开展研究，为地方标准社会效益评估提供方法和过程参考。

Research on the Social Benefit Evaluation Method of Local Standards Based on Factor Weighting Method

Abstract： The evaluation of the effectiveness of standard implementation is an important component of standardization work. This article takes the local standard "Rules for Evaluation the Performance of Solid Waste Fuels for boilers" as the research object. From the aspects of evaluation preparation， implementation， data collection， calculation and application of evaluation results， a combination of hierarchical evaluation method and factor weighting method is used to study its social benefit evaluation method， providing methods and process references for the social effect evaluation of local standards.
