电线电缆成束燃烧试验试样长度选择的研究

摘要:电线电缆成束燃烧试验能够反应电线电缆的阻燃性能,在日常的监督抽样过程中抽样人员往往很难确定燃烧试验所需的样品长度,文章通过分析研究找到快速确定试样长度的合理方法,以便在日常抽检工作中快速确定试样长度。

Study on the Selection of Sample Length for Bundled Combustion Test of Wires and Cables

Abstract: It is difficult to determine the required length of the sample in the routine supervisory sampling process because the bunched combustion test of wires and cables can reflect their flame retardant performance. However, it is often challenging for samplers to determine the required sample length for the combustion test during routine supervisory sampling. This paper presents a reasonable method ,derived through analysis and research, for rapidly determining the sample length, facilitating efficient sample length determination in routine sampling inspections.

电线电缆成束燃烧试验[1]最新标准删除了原附录C中试样根数的简易计算方法,仅在GB/T 18380.33-2022 《电缆和光缆在火焰条件下的燃烧试验 第33部分:垂直安装的成束电线电缆火焰垂直蔓延试验A类》中得以保留,因此在运用GB/T 18380.34-2022、GB/T 18380.35-2022、GB/T 18380.36-2022等标准时,不能直接使用旧标准规定的简易计算方法。(剩余4532字)
