一台锅炉主汽阀裂纹的理化分析及建议

摘要:在对一台锅炉主蒸汽阀门的磁粉检测过程中,发现多处密级裂纹缺陷,文中通过微观下的理化检测对裂纹微观形成原因进行分析,并提出合理化建议。

Abstract: During the magnetic particle testing process of a boiler, multiple dense cracks were found. In the main steam valve. This article analyzes the micro formation reasons of cracks through physical and chemical analysis. Drawing from this analysis, the study offers practical and reasonable recommendations for addressing these cracks and preventing future occurrences.

0 引言

主汽阀是锅炉的一个重要承压部件,保障锅炉在启、停机过程中主蒸汽正常的通断,若锅炉主汽阀出现故障甚至裂纹泄露,轻则影响锅炉启机进度,造成经济损失,重则无法保障锅炉安全停机、泄露扩展、甚至发生爆炸等重大安全事故。(剩余2284字)
