一起自动扶梯附加制动器失效的案例分析

摘要：自动扶梯附加制动器是扶梯的重要安全保护装置之一，给自动扶梯的运行带来安全保障的同时，也会出现机械或电气故障，造成突然停梯，带来安全隐患，需要维保单位经常测试和维护。文中通过实际案例解析附加制动器非正常动作的原因，解决了故障问题，也为维保单位重点维护保养附加制动器提供依据。

Case Analysis of an Escalator Additional Brake Failure

Abstract：  Escalator additional brake is one of the important safety protection devices of escalator. While bringing safety guarantee to the operation of escalator， there will also be mechanical or electrical failure， causing sudden stop of escalator and potential safety hazards. It needs regular testing and maintenance by maintenance units. This paper analyzes the actual cause for the abnormal action of the additional brake， solves the fault problem， and also provides the basis for the maintenance unit to focus on the maintenance of the additional brake.

1 引言

GB 16899-2011《自动扶梯和自动人行道的制造与安装安全规范》中第5.4.2.2.1条规定自动扶梯和倾斜式自动人行道符合以下任一条件应设置附加制动器：如工作制动器与梯级、踏板或胶带驱动装置之间不是用轴、齿轮、多排链条或多根单排链条连接的;工作制动器不符合5.4.2.1.2规定的机-电式制动器;提升高度大于6m;提升高度不大于6m的公共交通型自动扶梯和倾斜式自动人行道[1]。（剩余1934字）
