安全监控管理系统在一起起重机事故分析中的应用

摘要：全监控管理系统可记录存储运行参数、安全状态、视频等内容，大型起重机械安装安全监控管理系统除了可以提高起重机械的安全系数，还有助于对起重机械事故或故障进行分析。文中通过分析一起造船门式起重机事故，得出安全监控管理系统可提高分析事故原因的效率和准确率的结论。

Application of Safety Monitoring Systems in the Analysis of A Shipbuilding Gantry Crane Accident

Abstract：  The safety monitoring system can record and store the operation parameters， safety status， video and other contents. The installation of safety monitoring system for large hoisting machinery can not only improve the safety factor of hoisting machinery， but also help to analyze the accidents or faults of hoisting machinery. Through the analysis of a shipbuilding gantry crane accident， it can be seen that the safety monitoring system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the analysis of accident causes.

1 引言

起重机械作为吊运物料的重要工具，在工业生产中的应用日趋广泛，随着科技和经济的日益发展，逐步朝着大型化、自动化发展，其数量也逐渐增多[1]。（剩余3837字）
