AbstractObjective:Tosystematicallanalyzetheinfluencingfactorsofkinesiophobiainpatientsaftertotalkneearthroplasty. Methods:Quantitativeandqualitativestudiesrelatedtotheinfluencingfactorsofkinesiopobiaaftertotalkneearthroplastywere retrievedfrom CNKI,WanFangData,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Webof Sience,Scopus,CINAHL,andEMbase.Amixed-method evaluationtolausedtesteualityofeliterature,nddataerecoleedalyd,nditegatedusingteoeget integratedmethod.Resuts:Atotalof12articleswereincluded,andtypesofifluencingfactorsweresummarized,ncluding physiologicalanddiseaseconditions,pschologicalfactors,ndextealupport.Concusion:Post-totalkneereplacementptients agoraphobiaietedbyultiplefctorssuchasseaselatedspomsdivdalpschologicalesposesndtheexteat environment.Itisrecommendedthatclinicalpracticesouldonductasystematicassssentofteseifueningfactorsandiplement comprehensive intervention strategies.
