AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallevaluatetheexperiencesofcancerrecurencefearamonggynecologicalcancerpatientsandto provideatheoreticalbasisfortheconstructionofevidence-basedsupportprograms.Methods：Qualitativestudiesonthefearofcancer recurenceamonggyecologicalcncerpatientsereretrievedfromPubMedbase，Webfience，ochraneLibraryK， WanFangData，VIP，andCBM.ThesearchperiodwasfromtheestablishmentofthedatabasestoJuly2O25.Thequalityevaluation criteriaforqualitativresearchoftheAustralianJoannaBriggsInstitute（JB）forevdence-basedhealthcarewereadoptedtoevaluatethe includedliterature，andtheMetasynthesismethodwasusedfortheintegrationandsummarizationoftheresults.Results：Atotalof18 articeswereiedndhulsetactedelitelyidtgoddt integratedresults，includngmultidimensionalmanifestations，multipletrigeringfactors，andmultipleopingstrategiesofcancer recurrencefearinynecologicalcancerpatints.Conclusion：Gynecologicalcancerpatients havecomplexemotional，ogntieand behavioralchangesinfearofcancerrecurrnce，hichareifluencedbymultipletrigeingfactors.Medicalstaffshouldpayattiont therealexperesnddsfpatitsfaofereueeccratelyentifyterendatepatsuitf recurrence，encourage them to bravely face the fear，and ultimately promote their adaptive psychological growth.
