肝移植是终末期肝病的有效治疗手段之一[1],Ribeiro等[2研究发现, 17%~57% 的肝移植受者术前存在营养不良, 30%~86% 的肝移植受者术后存在营养不良,而营养不良的肝移植受者也往往面临更高的病死风险、更多的术后并发症及更长的住院周期3]护士作为营养护理的直接参与者,其主导的营养支持干预有利于改善病人的营养状况,减少营养相关并发症,与病人结局相关,直接影响病人的住院时间与费用[4-5]。(剩余6146字)
