AbstractObjective：Toconstructanscaleforbenefitfindingofmenopausalsyndromepatientsprovidingasientificandobjectivtool forevaluatingtheieneitfindingMetods：Stritlyfolowingaledevelopmentguidelins，aninitialitepolasforedthough systematicliteraturerevewqualitativeinterviews，andgroupmeetings.TeitemswereterativelyoptimiedusingtwooundsofDelpi expertconsultationtoensurecontentvalidityResults：Thereturnratesofthetworoundofexpertconsultationquestioaireswere 100.00% and 96.00% ，respectively.The expert suggestion rates were 81.50% and 73.20% ，respectively.The authority coefficients of the tworoundsofexpertonsultationwere.9and9espectively.TeKendal'soefcetsoftheexpertoosfotetoudf items were O.144 and O.099，respectively（ P<0.01 ）.The final assessment resulted in a 28-item scale for assessing the benefit finding of menopausalsyndrome，incuding4dimensions：symptomanagementeficacysnseofontroloverdiseasecoping，ocialsuptad adjustmenteficacyndinividalgowthndevelopment.Coclusios：Teostructedcalefoeingheenitiingof menopausalsyndrombasedontheDelphmethodisreliableandsientichichcansereasnoetiveassessmenttolforevuating the perceived benefits of menopausal syndrome.
