AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheclinicalefectivenessofthebestevidenceinnursingmanagementofpatientswithzoster asociated pain（ZAP）andtoprovidereliableevidence-based medicalsupportforpain managementinZAPpatients.Methods：Atotalof 36 ZAPpatientswhowere treatedin thepaindepartmentfromApriltoJune2O24wereincludedasthepreaplicationgroup.Atargeted changestrategascostructedbyonductinganidepthaalysisfromthetreelevelsoforganzers，ractitoners，dpatintsAtotal of35ZAPpatientswhowere treatedfrom SeptembertoNvember2024wereselectedas thepostapplicationgroup.Anevidence-based practicewasconductedby19bestevidenceand13reviewindicatorssummarizedbytheretrievaldatabaseandprofessionalwebsites.The nursing esultsofthetwo groupswerecompared.Results：Thescoresof VisualAnalogue Scale（VAS），paincare management satisfaction，ShortFor36HealthSurvey（SF-36），PitsbrghSleepQualityIdex （PSQI），GenralizedAnxietyDisorder（GD-7），an patienthealthquestionaire-9（PHQ-9）ofthetwogroupsofpatintserediferent，andthedierencesarestatisticallysigificant P< 0.001）.Thetotalsoeofpinmaagementkowedge，eectsrateofthetotaluestioairedthomparativediecein theimplementationrateofthereviewidicatos3～3ofthtwogrousofursswerediferentandthedierenesaestatistialy significant ..<0.05 ）.Conclusions：Using the best evidence in pain management for ZAP patients enhances pain control，improves nursing staff's knowledge，and raises the review indicator compliance rate.
