AbstractObjective：Toretreve，evaluate，ndsummarizethebstevidenceforthepreventionandmanagementofextrauteriegrowth restriction（EUGR）inpreterminfantsworldwide，soastoprovidetheoreticalsupportandpracticalgudanceforclinicalpractice. Methods：LiteratureonthepreventionandmanagementofEUGRinpreterminfantswassystematicallyretrievedfromdomesticand interationaltabsdelibitdrofeiolbieinicalsiosdeeedacticdeli， evidenceummriesteaticietaalyssndpersesueseardatioearchriodafrothit January15，2O25.Tworesearchersindependentlyasesedtheualityoftheliteratureextractedevidence，ndsummarizeditusing uniforsaddlts：talftisedddg2icalsiirtis，ideti consensusaricles，5systematicreviews，and2evidencesummaries.Atotalof38piecesofbestevidenceweresummarizedfrom6 aspects：riskfctordtaiforGRipreteifants，areteralutritouport，tealiuprt，omofal feding，developmentalsupportcareandfollow-upmanagement.Conclusions：Current evidenceshows thatthesummarizedbest evidencefor thepreventionandmanagementofEUGRinpreterminfantscanprovideevidene-basedsupportforhealthcareprofesionals. Inclinicalpracticageedandstandardditervetiossouldbadotedordingtotespeificodiiosandcliicalsariof preterminfants，soastoreducetheriskofextrauterinegrowthrestriction（UGR）andimprovethelong-termqualityoflifeofpreterm infants.
