AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallevaluatetheeficacyandsafetyofcomprehensivenursingpractice（CNP）andtraditioalursing practice（NP）intheclinicalnursingofchildrenundergoinglaparoscopicappendectomy（LA）Methods：Relevantliteratureonthe comparativeapplicationofCNPandTNPintheclinicalnursingofchildrenundergoingLAwasretrievedfromPubMed，Cochrane Library，WebofScience，CNKIVIP，andWaFangData.TheretrievaltimewasfroJanuary1，20l5toMay2525.TheNewcastle Ottawa Scale（NOS）wasused toasessthequalityof theincludedstudies.TheRevMan5.4.lsoftwarewasusedfordataanalysis. Results：Atotalof29retrospectivecohortstudiesinvolving2914patientswereincded.AllncudedliteraturehadaNOSscore7. Meta-analysisresultssoedthatteexperimentalgoupadsortertiestofistflatus，fistdefecationirstambulationandlgthf hospitalstayomparedtothecontrolgroup;lowerincidenceofadversereactions，iritabilityandospitalationcostsomparedtothe controlgroup;andhigherparentalsatisfactionwithnursingcarecomparedtothecontrolgroup，thediferenceswereallstatisticaly significant ..-0.05 0. Conclusions： In theclinical nursing ofchildren undergoing LA，CNP has multidimensional advantages over TNP in terms of safety and efficacy.
