AbstractObjective：Todevelopandpreliminarilyvalidateastandardizedprotocolfornon-touchisolationtechnology（NTIT）in thoracoscopiclungmalignancysurgery basedonexpertconsensus，providingareferenceforsurgicalnursesperformingisolation procedures.Methods：Aliteraturereview wasconductedbasedonexpertconsensus togatherrelevant evidence，formingapreliminary draftoftestandardizedNTITprotocolforthoracoscopiclungmalignancies.Thefinalprotocolwasdeterminedthroughexpert consultationusingtheDelphimethod.Thequaltofisolationtechiqueimplementationbynursesduringsurgeryandtheincideceof isolation-elatedomplicatisiatitsereomparedetweetogroupsAdiioalltliicalaplicabilityasibilit satisfactionwiththeprotocolwereevaluatedamong nursesinbothgroups.Results：Eighteenexpertscompletedtworoundsof consultation.ethoitoeicientsforthetoounswee9and.94espeivelyadKendallsWoftethideldcato in the second round of inquiries were O.519，0.469，and O.462（all P<0.001 ）.The quality score of isolation technique operations performed bynursesduringsurgerywashigherintheexperimentalgrouptaninthecontrolgroup.Theincidenceofsurgicalisolationelated complications was lower in the experimental group （6.9% ）thanin the control group （31.0% ）.Furthermore，nursesin the experimental groupgavehighevaluationsoftheclinicalappicabilty，feasibility，andsatisfactionoftheplan.Conclusion：ThestandardizedNI protocolfotacoopilagmosatetifibilitdablitytod for operating room nurses to standardize NTIT procedures during thoracoscopic lung malignancy surgeries.
