AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallyreviewthequalitiveresearchontheatitudesandexperienceoftheelderlyreceivingsocily assistiverobots.ethods：Acomprehensivesearchasonductedatabasesicudedubed，Ebase，Webofiene，oane Library，CNKI，WanFang Data，VIP，andCBM.Thesearchcoveredallrecordsfromdatabase inceptiontoDecember2024.Allelevant qualitativestudiesonolderadults'experienceswiththeserobotswereconsidered.Thefindingsweresynthesizedusingapooled integrationapproachResults：Atotalof1Oarticleswereincluded.Fromtese，44findingswereextracted.Teseweregroupedinto1 categories.Fnall4sthsedfiingredeveloped：derdultsatituestwardiallsistiveobts;thepositieactof usingsocillyaistieootsfeadultsherresdedulscewnusingsociallysistiobotstheimproemntdsof sociallyassitiverobotsforoderadults.Conclusion：Digitalhealthliteracyamongolderadultsshouldbeenhanced.Thepersonalized designandfunctionalityofsociallassistiverobotsndfurtheroptimzation.PrivacyprotectonustbestrengthenedTesestepil help integrate socially assistive robots more effectively into the social lives of older adults.
