Summary of the best evidence for the management of hypertension after adult renal transplantation

Abstract Objective：To systematically retrieve，evaluate，and integrate the best evidence for the management of hypertension after adult renal transplantation，in order to provide the evidence-based basis for clinical practice.Methods：Related literature including clinical decision-making，evidence summary，guidelines，systematic review/Meta-analysis，and expert consensus on the management of hypertension after adult renal transplantation was retrieved from various guideline websites，Chinese and English databases，and professional association websites from January 1，2004 to August 30，2023.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literature and integrated the evidence.Results：A total of 15 pieces of evidence were screened，including 1 clinical decision-making，1 evidence summary，5 guidelines，6 systematic reviews，and 2 expert consensus articles，forming 36 pieces of best evidence from 7 aspects：risk assessment，early blood pressure monitoring，blood pressure monitoring targets，blood pressure monitoring methods，long-term blood pressure monitoring，non-drug interventions，and drugs and other interventions.Conclusions：Clinical medical staff should apply the best evidence for the management of hypertension after renal transplantation in a personalized manner in combination with the actual clinical situation to promote the scientific management of hypertension after renal transplantation.
