废纸造纸废水特征污染物对流化床结晶反应器除钙的影响

Abstract: The influence of complex water quality in waste paper pulping on Ca2+ removal was systematically investigated,focusing on the effects of three characteristic pollutants—volatile fatty acids, celulose,and lignin—on the calcium removal performance of a fluidized bed crystalization reactor (FBCR). The crystalization rate of calcium carbonate in the presence of these pollutants was measured using the pH-stat method,and spent seed crystals were characterized by energy dispersive spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis to explore the underlying mechanisms. The results show that volatile fatty acids inhibit Ca2+ removal due to competitive adsorption of acetate ions on the seed crystal surface and their complexation with Ca2+ . When sodium acetate concentration reached 20mmol⋅ΛL-1 ,the Ca2+ removal rate decreased from 41.3% to 24.6% . Microcrystalline cellulose interacted differently with seed crystal surfaces at varying mass concentrations, leading to a concentration-dependent effect on calcium carbonate crystalization: promotion at lower levels and inhibition at higher levels. At a microcrystalline cellulose concentration of ,the Ca2+ removal rate reached a maximum of 56.8% . Lignin significantly inhibited calcium carbonate growth on seed crystals due to chelation of active surface sites and complexation with free Ca2+ in solution. At a lignin concentration of 240mg⋅L-1 ,the Ca2+ removal rate dropped from 38.0% to 13.0% . This study clarifies the complex mechanisms by which characteristic pollutants influence the FBCR calcium removal process. To achieve improved calcium removal, it is recommended that pretreated wastewater entering the FBCR contain volatile fatty acids below 2.5mmol⋅L-1 ,cellulose below (20 200mg⋅L-1 ,and lignin below 15mg⋅L-1 ·
