【Abstract】Triple-negative breast cancer （TNBC）hasahighproliferationrate，strong invasivenes，high metastaticrisk and relativelypoor prognosis，which presentsseverechallenges for its precise diagnosis and treatment.Earlyidentificationof TNBC，assessmentoflymphnode metastasis status，andpredictionof neoadjuvanttherapyresponseandprognosisarecrucial forimproving patientsurvival.Radiomics，byhigh-throughput extractionof medical imaging features andconstructionof predictive models，providesanovelapproachtoovercomethelimitationsoftraditionalimagingandenablesnon-invasiveand precise assessment of TNBC.This article reviews recent research advances in radiomics models based on different imaging modalities forthediagnosisandtreatmentofTNBC，including non-invasive predictionofmolecularsubtypes，eoadjuvant therapyeffcacyaxillaylymphnodestatus，prognosticevaluation，andrecurrencerisk.Italsoelaborates oncurrtcllnges andfuturedevelopment prospects，aiming toprovide evidenceandreferences foroptimizing clinical decision-making.
