【Abstract】Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)hasahighproliferationrate,strong invasivenes,high metastaticrisk and relativelypoor prognosis,which presentsseverechallenges for its precise diagnosis and treatment.Earlyidentificationof TNBC,assessmentoflymphnode metastasis status,andpredictionof neoadjuvanttherapyresponseandprognosisarecrucial forimproving patientsurvival.Radiomics,byhigh-throughput extractionof medical imaging features andconstructionof predictive models,providesanovelapproachtoovercomethelimitationsoftraditionalimagingandenablesnon-invasiveand precise assessment of TNBC.This article reviews recent research advances in radiomics models based on different imaging modalities forthediagnosisandtreatmentofTNBC,including non-invasive predictionofmolecularsubtypes,eoadjuvant therapyeffcacyaxillaylymphnodestatus,prognosticevaluation,andrecurrencerisk.Italsoelaborates oncurrtcllnges andfuturedevelopment prospects,aiming toprovide evidenceandreferences foroptimizing clinical decision-making.
