【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the high-risk factors forthe development lichen sclerosus in the vulva women. MethodsSelect80female patients with vulvarlichensclerosus admitedtoFengtai Hospital from October 2023 to March 2025 as the case group.Based on comparable baseline characteristics between groups，another 80 healthy individuals who came toour hospital forphysical examination during the same period were selected as thecontrol group.Compare theclinicaldatatwogroupspatientsuseunivariate multivariateanalysis toidentifyhigh-risk factors forthe developmentvulvarlichenslerosus inwomen.ResultsUnivariateanalysisshowedthateducational level，history reproductive tract diseases，menopause，concomitantautoimmunediseasesunhealthylifestylehabits were theinfluencing factors for inducing female vulvar lichen sclerosis （P<0.05） .Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that low educationallevel，nopaseoncomitantutoimunedisases，storyeproductivetractseasesndaltyltyle habits were risk factors for inducing female vulvar lichen sclerosis （P<0.05） .Conclusion Low educational level， history reproductive tractdiseases，menopause，concomitantautoimmunediseases，ndunhealthylifestyle habitsareriskfactors for inducing femalevulvar lichen sclerosis.Medical staffshould provide targeted health education to womentheir families， encourage regular physical examinations， prevent the occurrence female vulvar lichen sclerosis.
