【Abstract】Severe aortic stenosis combined with heart failure isa high-risk clinical disease.Itspathophysiological mechanism is complex.Early identificationof myocardial fibrosisand hemodynamic abnormalities is crucialforoptimizing treatment strategies.Transcatheterorsurgicalaorticvalvereplacementisanefective treatment methodfor thiscondition. The integration of multimodal imaging techniques (such as echocardiography,cardiac CT,and cardiac magnetic resonance) andartificial intelligence (AI) hassignificantlyoptimizedthediagnosticandriskassssment processs.Byexplorngthe integratedapplicationofmultimodalimagingparameters (quantitativemyocardialfbrosis,hemodynamicasessmentandAI riskpredictionmodels,itisexpected toguidethedeterminationofsurgical timing,theselectionofsurgicalmethods,ndthe predictionofpostoperative cardiac functionrecovery,thereby improving the accuracyof individualizedtreatment.
